What is your return policy?

La Vie accepts returns within 2 days for an exchange or store credit on merchandise that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all original tags and packaging. Merchandise  must be returned within 2 days of the date received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All purchases on sale or markdown items are final.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Please send an email to our customer service at [email protected] or give us a call at (501)203-7130 if you would like to exchange for a different size or color to check availability. Please note the garment should be unworn,unaltered,unwashed with all original packaging and exchange should be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the package.

Can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order please contact us within 24 hours  of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we can not change it. You may only request and exchange upon receipt.

Where do we ship?

Shipping and Delivery service available anywhere in Belize

Ocean Ferry – Available for customer pick up at boat terminal within  2 business days from shipping date

San Pedro Belize Express – Available for customer pick up at boat terminal within  2 business days from shipping date

Tropic Air –  Available for customer pick up at the nearest airstrip within 2 business days from shipping date

Maya Island Air – Available for customer pick up at the nearest airstrip within 2 business days from shipping date

Customers pay (Cash On Delivery ) to the above carriers

Post Office –  Available for customer pick up 2 business days from shipping date Local delivery fee (Belize City) –  $5.00

Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon shipment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods. In-store we accept cash or credit card. For online sales we accept Bank deposits and Paypal

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not currently offer price adjustments
